Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is made to order with love and care, which means it's created just for you when you place your order. Because of this personalized production process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

All purchases are final once an order is placed. Since your item is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we strive for excellence, mistakes can occasionally happen. If your item arrives:

Not the item you ordered

Clear photos of the item and the packaging (if applicable)
We’ll take care of it and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, please reach out to us with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to help track it down. While we aren’t responsible for carrier delays, we want to make sure you’re taken care of whenever possible. If your package is not received within thirty (30) days (45 days for international orders), send us a message via the aforementioned methods of contact and we will process a refund.
